Replit is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to enhance product metrics related to activation, retention, collaboration, and monetization. The role involves designing and executing A/B tests, developing full-stack growth features, and collaborating with various teams to drive measurable improvements in user engagement and revenue. This full-time position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence on specific days.
Qualification
- 5–8+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products with measurable impact.
- Full-stack TypeScript experience, particularly with React, APIs, and backend development.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and defining success metrics.
- Experience with experimentation platforms and cohort/segmentation analysis.
- Ability to prototype quickly, validate with users, and ship features.
Responsibility
- Design and run A/B/n tests to improve sign-up, activation, collaboration, and retention metrics.
- Ship full-stack growth features including onboarding flows, in-product education, and pricing/paywall UX.
- Build growth infrastructure such as experiment frameworks, targeting/segmentation, and feature flagging.
- Collaborate with Design, Data, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to prioritize hypotheses and implement impactful launches.
- Maintain funnel health by detecting anti-abuse and low-quality traffic, ensuring ethical experimentation.
