The company is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Forge Team, which is responsible for building next-generation products like Rescale Data Intelligence and Rescale AI Physics. This role involves engaging with strategic customers to understand their engineering workflows and influence product direction, all while fostering collaboration across teams.
Qualification
- Experience in solutions architecture or a similar role, particularly in data and AI.
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows, simulation, and digital engineering.
- Ability to engage with customers and understand their technical needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with technical stakeholders.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with AI-driven engineering workflows and agentic engineering concepts.
- Ability to document requirements and provide structured feedback to product teams.
Responsibility
- Partner with account teams to engage with strategic customers, uncovering workflows and technical needs across simulation, data, and AI.
- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Rescale Data Intelligence and Rescale AI Physics to enable next-generation engineering workflows.
- Set the strategic vision for engagement by aligning Rescale’s Data Intelligence and AI Physics capabilities with customer priorities in simulation, AI, and digital engineering.
- Build trusted relationships with technical leaders and stakeholders, from engineers to technical fellows, to influence adoption strategies and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Capture and document customer requirements, workflow gaps, and adoption blockers.
- Provide structured field feedback to Product and Engineering to guide roadmap prioritization and the evolution of agentic engineering capabilities.
- Collaborate on iterative testing cycles to validate new features and capabilities before GA release.
- Develop technical collateral, including solution briefs, integration guides, and best practices.
