Qualification
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or SaaS.
- Experience in a remote-first, asynchronous work environment.
- Proven ability to build talent pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong focus on balancing speed and quality in the hiring process.
- Data-driven approach to measuring recruiting metrics.
Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the company, including engineering, finance, and marketing.
- Utilize tools like Ashby, Notion, and Slack to streamline hiring processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.
- Source, screen, and close exceptional candidates who align with company values.
- Measure and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline effectiveness.
