Qualification

- Ability to lead and mentor QA teams and offshore members.
Responsibility
- Define, own, and sign off on the complete validation strategy for real-time interaction systems, input handling, and complex UI.
- Architect and implement high-level automation solutions for mission-critical end-to-end interaction flows.
- Lead and direct cross-platform validation efforts (mobile, console, desktop, VR, Web, TV).
- Consult with engineering on design implications and technical solutions to influence development of interactivity features.
- Lead offshore members, scaling test strategy, scripting practices, and automation quality across the organization.
