The Senior Customer Success Engineer at Rubrik is responsible for providing enterprise-level technical support for Rubrik's SaaS products, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and technical expertise. The role involves working closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions related to data management and security. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence from Tuesday to Thursday, and operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 6pm ET.

Qualification

  • In-depth knowledge of Rubrik's solutions, data protection, and recovery strategies.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows systems, as well as VMWare environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for networking issues and familiarity with tools like Wireshark.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Responsibility

  • Independently diagnose and resolve problems in Rubrik products and customer environments, including physical Linux and Windows systems and VMWare virtual machines.
  • Troubleshoot networking connectivity and performance issues between Rubrik appliances and cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) using tools like Wireshark.
  • Assist customers and partners in configuring network devices such as routers, switches (Juniper, Cisco), and firewalls.
  • Provide technical support via multiple channels including phone, web, email, chat, and onsite visits.
  • Work with both technical and non-technical users to ensure effective use of Rubrik's solutions.
