Responsibility
- Own the operational rigor for the Global Technical Writing team and drive efficiency for the India Design team.
- Partner with leadership to refine the global backlog, assign ticket ownership, and identify automation opportunities in Jira processes.
- Lead regular syncs with Product Management and Engineering to identify documentation needs early and ensure accurate information and timelines.
- Audit current workflows and streamline processes in collaboration with leadership to improve efficiency.
- Communicate technical requirements and project statuses effectively across teams.
