Qualification
- 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Architect
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role for a SaaS product
- Proven experience working cross-functionally across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams
- Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and cloud-based technologies
- Deep knowledge of security, performance, scalability, and maintainability best practices in distributed systems
Responsibility
- Shape the long-term architecture of the core platform
- Mentor and guide engineers in building scalable and secure systems
- Prototype and implement foundational services
- Lead technical design discussions
- Define engineering best practices to elevate quality across the organization
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align architecture with business strategy
