(Senior) Data Analyst

Safe is a leading company in self-custodial onchain treasury management, managing over $60B in onchain assets. The Senior Data Analyst role focuses on deriving actionable insights from on-chain and off-chain data to influence product and business strategies in a dynamic Web3 environment.
Qualification
- Proven experience in product or revenue analytics within fintech, web3 or digital product companies
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Expertise in experimentation frameworks and statistical testing
- Fluency with defining KPIs, data visualization and dashboarding
- Hands-on familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms (Dune, Etherscan, etc.)
- Experience with Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
Responsibility
- Analyze complex data (on-chain & off-chain) to drive business and product insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that communicate clear narratives
- Define and track key performance indicators across product and business functions
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable pipelines and scalable infrastructure
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate product changes
- Support product, strategy, and growth teams with tailored, high-impact analytics
