The company is seeking a Sales Manager in Berlin to lead and grow two business lines focused on blockchain networks and wallet clients. This role involves shaping sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS and infrastructure sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen to connect product usage with revenue outcomes.
  • Organizational excellence with multitasking and structured workflows.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages as a plus.

Responsibility

  • Lead commercial negotiations with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) networks and premium wallet customers.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, closing high-quality deals.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption in collaboration with Engineering & Product teams.
  • Build trust with clients and prevent churn by anticipating their needs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights to Product & Engineering teams.
  • Document repeatable playbooks for sales, onboarding, and renewals.
  • Track and report on revenue, churn, adoption, satisfaction metrics, and pipeline value.
