Qualification

- Proven ability to manage and grow engineering teams effectively.

Responsibility
- Drive execution & delivery of technical projects, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to assess project feasibility and provide estimates.
- Unblock engineers and foster a high-performing culture focused on impact and delivery.
- Lead and grow an engineering team of 6+ direct reports, providing coaching and managing performance.
- Step into product leadership when necessary and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and operations.
- Shape the engineering culture to support scaling from Series B and ensure team empowerment.
