Responsibility
- Lead the strategy and execution of the Discovery product organization.
- Define the evolution of search and recommendations into a real-time, LLM-augmented discovery system.
- Manage and mentor product management leaders.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Machine Learning, Applied Research, Design, Content, and Data Science teams.
- Establish the discovery roadmap to enhance engagement, retention, and subscription growth.
