Qualification
- 5+ years of working experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Strong experience with Javascript/Typescript for both backend and frontend development.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in taking end-to-end ownership of features and systems from conception through release.
- Passion for improving construction safety and productivity.
Responsibility
- Lead major initiatives and own a large area of Shepherd's product experience.
- Work across the stack and different disciplines including underwriting, design, and product management.
- Contribute to product strategy and architectural decisions.
- Balance innovation with pragmatic delivery, staying current with emerging technologies.
- Mentor other engineers as the team scales.
