Qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in a startup environment
- Experience as a first hire or in a post-Series A startup
- Comfortable building full-stack features
- Strong focus on product development, not just coding
- Proven track record of owning significant projects end-to-end
- Resourceful and able to navigate ambiguity
Responsibility
- Take ownership of the entire product and make decisions at the product level
- Engage with customers to understand their needs
- Handle challenging tasks, including areas like telephony
- Encourage continuous improvement within the team
- Make architectural decisions for the product
- Help shape the engineering culture at Domu
- Ensure exceptional developer experience (DX) for efficient shipping
- Spend over 80% of time coding and developing features
