We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to enhance our infrastructure and support our development teams. This role focuses on bridging technical gaps, improving execution capacity, and ensuring a secure and scalable environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with large-scale production systems, cloud architecture, and CI/CD practices, and will contribute to the architectural evolution of our platform.
Qualification
- Proven track record of managing high-traffic, mission-critical production systems.
- Deep proficiency in Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform for cloud architecture and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, including penetration testing and threat modeling.
- Solid grasp of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Proactive problem-solving ability with a strong sense of ownership for production code.
Responsibility
- Help define the team's vision and goals in collaboration with the CTO.
- Contribute to execution and review capacity by writing code and performing design doc and code reviews.
- Develop internal products to enable teams to work autonomously.
- Drive architectural evolution by solving critical challenges to improve system performance and scalability.
- Support teams in addressing their infrastructure needs and improving productivity.
