Qualification
- Proficiency in backend development with expertise in Kotlin, Java, Go, Python, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with database design, management, and optimization.
- Experience in building and maintaining scalable and reliable backend systems.
- Experience with AI, particularly in applying models to real-world product use cases.
- Expertise in designing scalable and maintainable backend architectures.
- Ability to monitor architecture using tools like New Relic or Datadog.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and their impact on business and users.
Responsibility
- Work alongside the CTO to build backend and AI systems.
- Develop and enhance backend systems for existing and new applications.
- Contribute to systems design, infrastructure planning, CI/CD processes, and data workflows.
- Implement and maintain scalable backend systems using languages like Kotlin, Java, Go, or Python.
- Design and define backend tools, databases, and app architecture.
- Work directly with cloud services such as AWS, Supabase, and Cloudflare.
- Create tools, libraries, or components to improve backend development efficiency.
