Skydio, a leader in autonomous drone technology, is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer Intern to join their Drone as First Responder (DFR) team. The intern will work on full-stack development, focusing on workflows that enhance public safety and critical infrastructure response capabilities.
Qualification
- Familiarity with React and Relay for frontend development
- Experience with TypeScript for building user interfaces
- Knowledge of backend programming languages such as Go and Python
- Understanding of cloud technologies and services
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers
Responsibility
- Assist in building workflows across the full stack for the DFR team
- Develop live operations and map-centric UIs using React and Relay
- Collaborate with backend services for incident workflows
- Integrate with public safety systems like CAD and evidence management platforms
- Gain hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development
