Skydio, a leading US drone company specializing in autonomous flight technology, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to enhance its Hardware Operations team. The role focuses on recruiting top talent in Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Production, while also supporting R&D areas like Flight Test and Hardware Engineering. The position is based in San Mateo, CA, with a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence three days a week.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in hardware or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production roles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and executives.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple teams, hiring managers, and executives in Hardware Operations.
- Act as the go-to recruiting expert and trusted advisor for hiring leaders.
- Identify and attract elite talent in Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Production.
- Contribute to recruitment efforts in R&D areas such as Flight Test and Hardware Engineering.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
