Qualification
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and technical skill sets.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership on hiring strategies.
- Experience in building diverse talent pipelines and fostering inclusive hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibility
- Operate as a strategic recruiting partner to senior engineering leaders, influencing org design, headcount planning, and hiring strategy.
- Own end-to-end talent strategy and execution for one or more of our core engineering orgs.
- Build and calibrate high-performing, diverse talent pipelines for niche, competitive skill sets in emerging technology domains.
- Drive executive-level recruiting engagements, from calibrations through close, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
