Sleeper is seeking a User Research Intern to join their Design and Research Team, which focuses on enhancing user experiences for sports fans on their platform. The role is hybrid, based in the SF Bay Area, with remote options available for certain locations. Interns will support research projects, monitor user engagement, and participate in UX quality assurance reviews while collaborating with a small team of mentors and peers.
Qualification
- Pursuing a degree in a related field with a graduation date in 2025, or a new grad with 1 year or fewer of experience
- Understanding of user research fundamentals and strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and manage multiple projects
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment as a proactive self-starter
- Eagerness to learn and passion for sports
Responsibility
- Support research projects and synthesize findings for the team
- Monitor users’ app engagement metrics using internal dashboards
- Conduct benchmarking and ongoing monitoring of competitors
- Help set up and participate in UX quality assurance reviews
- Collaborate with team members on multiple projects
