Socure is seeking a Head of Engineering for Agentic Workflows & Internal Tools to lead the development of AI-driven identity solutions and internal productivity tools. This role involves defining the strategy and architecture for scalable workflow systems, driving AI transformation across departments, and enhancing operational excellence. The position reports to the CTO and is pivotal in Socure's mission to eliminate identity fraud using advanced machine learning and predictive analytics.
Qualification
- Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, particularly in workflow automation and internal tools.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, especially in the context of business operations.
- Experience in building scalable platforms and orchestration systems.
- Ability to drive cross-organizational collaboration and enablement.
- Strong strategic thinking and vision-setting capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with modern software development practices and tools.
Responsibility
- Define and own the long-term strategy for agentic workflows and internal tools.
- Architect and deliver workflow automation frameworks and orchestration engines.
- Drive the adoption of GenAI techniques across various departments.
- Partner with business leaders to design tools and workflows that improve operational efficiency.
- Establish systems for intelligent, auditable, and optimized internal processes.
- Leverage LLMs and multi-agent frameworks to create unique internal solutions.
- Collaborate with the CTO and executive team to align automation investments with strategic goals.
