Socure is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales to assist in onboarding and ensuring the success of clients using their identity verification and fraud prevention platform. The role involves technical support, client training, and collaboration with various teams to enhance customer experience.

Qualification

  • 2–4+ years of experience in solution consulting, technical implementation, or support engineering, preferably in SaaS or technology-related companies.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data integration, and web-based platforms.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to clients clearly and understandably.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client needs and timelines.
  • Desire to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibility

  • Assist with onboarding efforts for new clients and configure Socure’s platform according to customer needs.
  • Support technical integrations and provide input on best practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during early deployment stages in coordination with Support and Customer Success teams.
  • Gather and document technical and functional requirements from clients for effective product configurations.
  • Deliver introductory training sessions and create documentation to support onboarding patterns.
