SpaceX is seeking a passionate and experienced Cook for a temporary position focused on food preparation and customer service at their food outlets. The role supports the company's mission by providing quality food options that enhance morale and productivity.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in the food service industry
- Restaurant experience
- High volume experience
- Experience with a daily changing menu
- Possession of or willingness to obtain a food handlers card or equivalent
- High level of professionalism
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work all shifts and available for overtime and weekends, as needed
Responsibility
- Complete daily prep tasks
- Ensure consistency and compliance with the restaurant’s recipes regarding portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines
- Provide courteous and informative customer service in an 'open kitchen' format
- Follow restaurant guidelines concerning guest services, food and physical safety, maintenance, and equipment/space cleaning requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation
