Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Associate degree or higher in electronics, mathematics, or engineering; or 5+ years of experience in testing, developing, or manufacturing electro-mechanical systems
- Experience using Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with manufacturing enterprise systems
Responsibility
- Perform daily production activities including sub-assembly builds and vehicle integration
- Work closely with systems and design teams to ensure solutions meet mission requirements
- Develop procedures and manage the transition of parts from development to high-rate production
- Coordinate and execute testing of systems and tooling to meet deadlines
- Analyze and resolve integration and manufacturing discrepancies
- Partner with engineering and production teams to drive improvements
- Guide projects to completion for developmental testing and team readiness
- Self-monitor work progress to achieve on-time delivery
