The role involves coordinating incident response logistics, monitoring security systems, and supporting security personnel in a high-tech environment.
Qualification
- Experience in security operations or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with incident response procedures
- Experience with monitoring security systems and alarms
- Ability to analyze and report on incidents effectively
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols
- Proficiency in using communication tools and technology
Responsibility
- Investigate incidents thoroughly and create accurate incident reports
- Notify and coordinate with onsite first responders and local law enforcement during emergencies
- Monitor and report on daily global incidents impacting SpaceX employees or offices
- Monitor access control alarms, video surveillance, and dispatch resources to investigate alarms
- Prioritize and process incoming security reports and requests via various communication methods
- Identify and communicate critical incidents according to established procedures
- Assist with video surveillance system reviews for stakeholders
- Ensure thorough documentation of all incidents and activities
