Qualification
- Experience in machine design and automation engineering.
- Strong understanding of robotics and motion systems.
- Ability to manage complex engineering projects from ideation to operational hand-off.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in system-level optimization and process improvement.
Responsibility
- Design, develop, and manage factory design projects including cradle-to-grave machine ownership.
- Develop design criteria and collaborate on requirements for in-house machine design.
- Drive system-level optimization focusing on speed, reliability, maintainability, and safety.
- Refine production systems to create high-rate, high-yield, and reliable processes.
- Implement ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA compliant systems for manufacturing equipment.
