Spearbit, founded by former Ethereum Foundation engineers, is seeking an AI Agent Architect to lead the design and development of AI agents for their operations and sales teams. The role focuses on automating tasks and enhancing decision-making within the company, contributing to the development of their Cantina security platform.
Qualification
- 3+ years experience working with AI systems, particularly in prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
- Experience building autonomous/semi-autonomous software for business processes.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python or comparable languages, REST APIs, and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce and workflow tools like Zapier.
- Ability to translate non-technical needs into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Metrics-driven mindset focusing on KPIs, monitoring, and ROI.
Responsibility
- Partner with operations, sales, and cross-functional teams to identify high-leverage opportunities for AI agents.
- Architect, build, test, and deploy AI agents including prompt-based agents and multi-agent orchestration.
- Integrate agents into internal systems such as CRM and workflow tools.
- Monitor agent performance and define metrics for continuous improvement.
- Establish safety checks and human-in-the-loop mechanisms for agent operations.
- Document designs and agent behaviors, and escalate edge cases.
- Train stakeholders on interacting with and governing AI agents.
- Stay current on AI innovations and best practices, and promote suitable advancements within the team.
