Qualification

  • 1+ years in SaaS sales or support, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM, Zendesk, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and generating leads.

Responsibility

  • Regularly interact with storage facility operators using Salesforce for tracking and metrics management.
  • Test new and innovative approaches to sales and lead generation.
  • Generate cross-sell opportunities by reaching out to the current customer base.
  • Execute multiple outbound call campaigns from the marketing team.
  • Cold-call regional areas to identify new opportunities with storage owners.
  • Maintain a fun and congenial work environment with the team.
  • Design and document various value propositions for different customer segments.
  • Prioritize high urgency opportunities and manage tasks effectively.
  • Maintain discipline in Salesforce processes and metrics.
