The Payments Analyst role is part of the technical operations team, focusing on maintaining payment flows and financial partner integrations, ensuring performance and reliability in processing payments across various currencies and countries.
Qualification
- Experience in financial operations or payments processing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with payment systems and financial regulations.
Responsibility
- Handle reconciliation and payments-related requests to ensure accurate ledgering of funds and address support inquiries from banking partners.
- Monitor performance for users, responding to alerts of degradation, triaging and investigating the cause, and communicating findings to the account team, banking partners, and card networks.
- Support critical payment flows and maintain financial partner integrations.
- Report and trace all of Stripe’s money movement transactions, including payments in multiple currencies and countries.
- Collaborate with finance and infrastructure engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of accurate data.
