Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain payments performance for Stripe’s largest users
- Triaging, investigating, and responding to regressions in authentication and cost rates
- Provide in-depth analysis of performance degradations
- Answer queries from product support and technical account management teams
- Engage with users and other teams to maximize acceptance rates and minimize costs and fraud
