Qualification
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and experience with multiple programming languages (Java, Python, Ruby, PHP).
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with developers and explain technical concepts.
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation and guides for users.
- Experience in debugging and building integrations with APIs.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and helping others succeed with technical products.
Responsibility
- Communicate with external developers to assist them in building applications using Stripe's infrastructure.
- Explain technical concepts related to Stripe’s products to developers of varying skill levels.
- Build and debug integrations with developers to ensure successful implementation of Stripe services.
- Produce and improve guides that help users solve specific problems with Stripe.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the developer experience and provide feedback on documentation.
