Supabase is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to enhance customer adoption of their Postgres development platform. The CSA will engage with a variety of customers, from startups to established brands, to understand their needs, design technical solutions, and ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualification

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a technical capacity.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies, particularly Postgres.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in pre-sales or customer success roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of leading technical discovery and solution design processes.

Responsibility

  • Uncover and understand business and technical requirements from customers.
  • Design and architect technical solutions using the Supabase platform.
  • Lead proof-of-value implementations with customers to demonstrate platform capabilities.
  • Engage regularly with customers to address complex questions and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with customers to define success criteria and timelines for proof-of-value projects.
  • Create and present platform demonstrations to high-value customers, showcasing the Supabase platform's value.
  • Develop account plans focusing on immediate and long-term customer goals for high-value accounts.
