Supabase is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to enhance customer adoption of its Postgres development platform. The CSA will engage with a variety of customers, from startups to established brands, to understand their needs, design technical solutions, and lead proof-of-value implementations, ensuring a successful customer journey.
Qualification
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical capacity.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, particularly Postgres.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in pre-sales discovery and customer success processes.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and implementations.
Responsibility
- Uncover and understand business and technical requirements from customers.
- Design and architect technical solutions using the Supabase platform.
- Lead proof-of-value implementations to demonstrate the platform's capabilities.
- Engage regularly with customers to address complex questions and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with customers to define success criteria and timelines for onboarding.
