The role is remote but requires candidates to be located in the US or Canada. Synctera focuses on powering the future of FinTech with a comprehensive Banking as a Service platform.
Qualification
- Experience in software development with a focus on backend systems
- Proficiency in Go programming language
- Strong understanding of financial operations and compliance
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Experience with API development and integration
Responsibility
- Develop services and utilities in Go
- Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders
- Ensure financial operations are audit-ready and scalable
- Design and maintain core services for payments and ledger systems
- Work closely with Risk & Compliance, Operations, Vendors, FinTechs, and Banks
