Responsibility
- Translate clinical expertise into scalable logic, workflows, and quality standards used across Tandem’s platform
- Curate and audit datasets to maintain high-quality, representative training and testing material
- Evaluate and refine system performance to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure platform behavior reflects real-world clinical reasoning and standards
- Expand knowledge across medical domains to inform decision-making processes
