- Strong communication skills to collaborate with engineering and compliance teams
- Experience supporting distributed teams and managing access controls
Responsibility
- Own internal IT infrastructure including identity, device, and systems management
- Administer and improve core tools like Google Workspace, Jamf, Zoom, Slack, and Twingate
- Build and automate onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Support a growing distributed workforce with device logistics and access controls
- Handle internal access requests and technical escalations
- Write and maintain automation scripts and lightweight integrations across internal systems
- Partner with engineering and compliance teams to ensure security and scalability
