Qualification
- Experience in strategy, operations, or client engagement within the life sciences or biopharma sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent executive communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and driving successful outcomes.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
Responsibility
- Own the post-sale success of strategic biopharma accounts, including onboarding, pilot execution, performance tracking, and client reporting.
- Act as Tandem’s day-to-day lead across multiple client teams, including commercial, field, access, and data stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and delivery teams to coordinate execution and ensure consistent impact for clients.
- Drive retention and expansion within accounts by delivering tangible outcomes and sharing insights with clients.
- Launch new programs and build scalable systems to support client needs.
