- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across technical, business, and operations functions
- Source and engage candidates aggressively through referrals, outbound, and creative tactics
- Run point on scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication, ensuring a smooth and high-integrity experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to clarify needs, shape scorecards, and define interview processes
- Help iterate on recruiting operations, tools, and reporting to improve speed and consistency
- Contribute to onboarding, employer branding, and candidate experience
