Role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Power Automate development, including customization, integration, automated workflows, and release/deployment processes to improve productivity and data accuracy.
Qualification
- Hands-on experience in integrating and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing automated workflows with Power Automate.
- Experience creating custom connectors, data transformations, and AI Builder components.
- Experience integrating Power Automate with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and third-party systems.
- Strong knowledge of release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience configuring and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O components and troubleshooting deployment issues.
- Experience providing production support, monitoring system health, and incident resolution.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and data handling (SQL) for integrations.
Responsibility
- Develop and tailor features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to meet business requirements.
- Test, validate, and deploy code changes to deliver high-quality D365 F&O solutions.
- Integrate D365 F&O with other systems and applications to streamline processes.
- Provide production support by monitoring system health, investigating incidents, and resolving issues.
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Customize and extend D365 F&O to support business processes.
- Create and configure custom connectors, data transformations, and AI Builder components as needed.
- Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure services, and third-party systems.
- Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot failures, and resolve integration issues.
- Lead release management activities including version control, branching, and code promotion.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments; monitor release performance.
- Configure and deploy D365 F&O components; support UAT cycles and post-deployment maintenance.
