Qualification
- Significant experience building scalable, distributed systems in Rust
- Deep familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem, particularly the EVM and Execution Layer
- Hands-on experience with reth and consensus mechanisms
- Ability to work independently and tackle ambiguous problems
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
