Tennr is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager, Systems & Automation to optimize and scale their tools, data, and automation for Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. This role involves managing the CRM and GTM tech stack, improving processes, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.

Qualification

  • Experience with CRM management, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies and operational processes.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements and automation.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing tech stacks for sales and marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibility

  • Administrate and optimize Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, automation, and process standardization.
  • Own GTM tech stack including DealHub, Gong, Outreach, and Monday.com, ensuring systems are integrated and configured for maximum efficiency.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve GTM efficiency through data tooling, custom flows, and system integrations.
  • Build processes that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy and visibility, and drive faster execution across teams.
  • Collaborate with GTM Strategy team on design and deployment of sales territories for Account Executive and SDR teams.
  • Partner with RevOps team to determine total and serviceable addressable market (TAM & SAM) across healthcare verticals.
