  • Comfortable working with warm leads from marketing campaigns; resilient and coachable.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools; data-driven approach to follow-up.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibility

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone and email to warm leads who have opted in to marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify leads, determine fit, and book qualified sales appointments for closers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all touchpoints, status, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead quality and messaging; provide feedback on lead performance.
  • Achieve daily/weekly appointment quotas and contribute to revenue pipeline growth.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects to sustain engagement and reduce drop-offs.
  • Adapt messaging to communicate the value of high-ticket programs and handle objections.
  • Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high activity levels.
