Qualification
- 1+ years of SDR/outbound sales or B2B sales experience; high-ticket experience preferred.
- Proven track record of generating meetings and building sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email) and professional presence.
- Comfortable working with warm leads from marketing campaigns; resilient and coachable.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools; data-driven approach to follow-up.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibility
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone and email to warm leads who have opted in to marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads, determine fit, and book qualified sales appointments for closers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all touchpoints, status, and next steps.
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead quality and messaging; provide feedback on lead performance.
- Achieve daily/weekly appointment quotas and contribute to revenue pipeline growth.
- Nurture relationships with prospects to sustain engagement and reduce drop-offs.
- Adapt messaging to communicate the value of high-ticket programs and handle objections.
- Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high activity levels.
