Toast is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join their People Products team, focusing on enhancing employee experiences through Workday system configuration. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to improve business processes and support global expansion initiatives.
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Workday
- Strong understanding of HCM, Benefits, and Payroll modules
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to lead system configuration and process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and security configurations
- Proven experience in driving system releases and managing testing processes
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Serve as the subject matter expert across multiple areas of Workday, with specific focus on HCM, Benefits, and Payroll
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People Operations, Payroll, Total Rewards, IT etc.) to understand and improve business processes, providing Workday solutions that drive efficiency
- Lead end-to-end system configuration to support evolving business needs
- Continuously identify opportunities for process efficiency and system improvements, adopting a product-driven mindset to optimize Workday
- Understand data flows, business processes and system usages between Workday and other systems (both internal and external)
- Drive major Workday releases, including comprehensive plan for adoption of new features and regression testing for impacts to existing configurations
- Collaborates with business leaders to design and build reports to assist in data analysis, trends, and strategic planning
- Ensures compliance with data protection regulations and collaborates with various departments to manage security configurations and access controls.
- Evaluate requests for new products to determine alignment with existing Toast systems and overall systems strategy goals.
