Lead end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for an AI-assisted workflow that combines automated task breakdown, expert selection, and human-in-the-loop quality control. Remote-first, globally distributed team; shape an innovative marketplace-enabled product used by leading AI labs and enterprises.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably shipping AI-powered or marketplace platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product lifecycle and develop actionable roadmaps.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience in product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing, metrics tracking).
- Experience working in remote-first or distributed teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-driven workflows and hybrid human-in-the-loop product design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work with clients, experts, and internal teams to deliver outcomes.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and comfortable in a freelance/contract environment.
Responsibility
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Tendem AI, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from clients, experts, and internal stakeholders; translate into clear user stories and specs.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to release and post-launch iteration; manage backlog and prioritization.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and operations to deliver features on time and with quality.
- Establish and monitor product metrics, perform analytics, run experiments (A/B tests), and iterate to improve quality, speed, and adoption.
- Work with the Toloka marketplace to onboard and manage expert networks; optimize matchmaking and outcomes.
- Ensure reliability, safety, and accountability of the AI-human workflow; define governance and compliance considerations.
- Drive go-to-market planning, onboarding, and customer success inputs to maximize adoption and retention.
