Qualification
- Passion for travel and a completed tourism-related education, ideally as a travel agent or tourism specialist.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Attention to quality and maintaining high standards in work.
- Ability to structure daily tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Fluent in German and very good in English.
- Familiarity with Amadeus and 3 Letter Codes.
Responsibility
- Directly interact with customers to create the best flight offers for their dream trips while ensuring top-notch service.
- Utilize experience to find the most attractive flights at the best possible conditions.
- Manage rebookings and additional service requests with ease.
- Maintain an overview, stay calm under pressure, and work solution-oriented.
- Be responsible for personal performance and booking KPIs.
