Tourlane is a tech company focused on providing customized travel experiences. They are seeking a French HR Generalist to support their expansion in France, enhancing employee engagement and culture within their growing team.
Qualification
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in French labor law, including payroll, contract management, and CSE relations
- Proficient in languages with French at C1+ and English at B2+ levels
- Experience in working remotely, with a proactive communication style
- Ability to facilitate team events occasionally, with a willingness to travel for these events
- Skilled in conflict mediation and resolution, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Tech-savvy, capable of self-starting with Google Suite and payroll cloud systems
Responsibility
- Partner directly with the Country Lead France to co-create and execute the market's people strategy
- Design and implement localized people initiatives that balance Tourlane's global culture with French market specificities
- Build strong relationships with French employees and the CSE, serving as a sparring partner for People Operations
- Build the employer brand strategy for France, positioning Tourlane as an employer of choice in the French tech/travel sector
- Transform CSE relations from compliance to strategic partnership, managing agenda collaboratively with Country Lead and Head of People Operations
- Provide legal and operational advice to the People Operations team on standard HR cases in France
- Oversee standard HR operations processes in France, including payroll, contract management, and new HR initiatives
- Act as the primary contact for HR-related queries from French employees and managers.
