You will diagnose business needs, tailor demonstrations, and articulate ROI to pharmaceutical customers, collaborating with sales, product, and services to transform customers' supply chains into competitive advantages.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or related role in enterprise software/SaaS; background in life sciences/pharma or supply chain is highly preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, requirements gathering, and ability to articulate business value and ROI to C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience leading multi-stage sales cycles and closing deals; track record of revenue growth and larger deal sizes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, services, and engineering; comfortable in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain, serialization, traceability, and regulatory/compliance requirements beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel domestically within the US; location flexible/remote acceptable.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related field; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies.

Responsibility

  • Diagnose business needs through deep-dive discovery sessions with pharmaceutical and biotech customers.
  • Lead end-to-end solution-based sales cycles, from discovery to close, and manage forecast/pipeline.
  • Articulate business value and ROI of TraceLink applications to executives and stakeholders.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations; respond to RFPs and proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, delivery, engineering) to map customer requirements to TraceLink solutions.
  • Develop proofs of value, ROI analyses, and win themes; contribute to sales collateral and case studies.
  • Navigate multi-enterprise collaborations to enable adoption of TraceLink's applications (e.g., MINT).
  • Travel within the US as necessary to meet with customers and participate in events; balance independence with teamwork.
