Turnkey is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist developers in integrating and debugging SDKs and APIs for crypto products. The role involves troubleshooting, improving documentation, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance developer experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, particularly in TypeScript and React, and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

  • 2–6 years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering
  • Strong working knowledge of TypeScript and React, familiarity with React Native or other mobile SDKs
  • Experience debugging APIs (REST, JSON, auth headers, 4xx/5xx errors)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with unfamiliar systems
  • Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities
  • Crypto/web3 experience preferred, though not required

Responsibility

  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues across SDKs and APIs
  • Debug integrations across various platforms and languages
  • Identify, reproduce, and document bugs, collaborating with engineering for resolution
  • Support customers in setting up and verifying integrations, including configuration and auth flows
  • Create and maintain example code, troubleshooting guides, and internal playbooks
  • Spot patterns in recurring issues and propose fixes or improvements to documentation and SDKs
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to relay feedback and insights from the field
  • Help improve internal tools and processes to scale technical support function
