The Account Executive role involves managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with various teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience at a high-growth company, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven history of closing six- to seven-figure deals ($100k-$1M+ ACV).
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience selling to healthcare providers, practice administrators, or PE-backed provider groups.

Responsibility

  • Drive New Business by exceeding quarterly revenue targets through pipeline building, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customers and Operations for smooth onboarding, with Product for customer feedback, and with Marketing for messaging refinement.
  • Contribute to the development of sales methodology, ideal customer profiles, and go-to-market strategies as the company scales.
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders in target practices, including practice managers, medical directors, and C-suite executives.
