Qualification
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in banking or management consulting.
- 2+ years of experience in early-stage operating, entrepreneurial, or VC roles.
- Experience in a high-growth startup is preferred.
- Strong ability to influence and persuade business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Responsibility
- Be a Sparring Partner to the CEO on corporate strategy, product definition, and target customers.
- Support the CEO in sales and customer success initiatives, including preparing materials and leading customer efforts.
- Run key strategic initiatives from inception to execution, including partnership efforts.
- Lead core operational functions, such as drafting board memos and supporting team offsites.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to provide context and build company culture.
