Qualification
- 1-10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong background in computer science
- Experience in building end-to-end products
- Previous experience in big tech or startups is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibility
- Collaborate with the team to shape product and company direction
- Build production-ready AI infrastructure integrating voice, text, and desktop agents
- Develop reinforcement learning systems with human feedback
- Own end-to-end product areas for external and internal users
- Design and scale a HIPAA-compliant backend infrastructure
